Registration, Payments and Tuition
Registration
A $40.00 non-refundable registration fee for each student (new and returning) is required with the registration form to reserve a space in class. A registration is not considered complete and class space is not reserved until the registration fee and first month’s tuition are paid. You may register in person, by phone at 978-459-LPDC (5732) or on our web site www.LPDC.net. Class space will not be guaranteed until the registration fee and first month’s tuition are received.
Tuition
We take the total yearly tuition, for the approximately 30 weeks of the school year and divide it into nine monthly payments. Monthly tuition remains the same whether it is a long (5 week) or short (3 week) month and regardless of absences. Tuition is payable monthly in advance and will be automatically processed with the credit card on file the first calendar day of each month. A card on file is required. There are no tuition refunds for withdrawal from class during any given month. Payments made after the 10th of each month will incur a $15.00 service fee. Any fees 30 days past due will be charged to the credit card on file. Tuition that is two months behind will result in termination of class. A re-registration fee would then apply.
Recital Costume Deposit and Balance
A non-refundable costume deposit of $75 per class will be processed with the credit card on file on November 1, 2023, along with your November tuition. Costumes range from $75-$95 each. Costume balances will be processed with the credit card on file on February 1, 2024, along with your February tuition.
Payments
The LPDC requires a major credit card on file for the automatic processing of tuition the first of each month. If you wish to make payments by other means, prior to the first of each month, the LPDC accepts cash and checks. You may make payments in person at the main office (we love to see your faces!) or via mail. Mailing Address: Lisa Pilato Dance Center, 1794 Bridge Street, Unit 24, Dracut, MA 01826. Please note, a $30.00 service charge will be applied to your account for any returned checks.
